    Dr. Andrea Bedrosian, Bariatric Surgeon Dr. Andrea Bedrosian is a bariatric surgeon at the North Shore Surgical Specialists Weight Management Program. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS), she specializes in minimally invasive, advanced laparoscopic surgery weight loss surgery. A native New Yorker, she graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in biological sciences and art history. She received her medical degree at the NYU School of Medicine where she also completed her residency. She completed her fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Bedrosian is devoted to helping ensure that the next generation of surgeons are even better trained than the last and shares her expertise by providing excellent resident surgical education.
