    Dr. Sharadh Sampath completed his general surgery training at the University of British Columbia in 2009.  He joined the General Surgery group at the Richmond Hospital in 2010 offering special skills in advance laparoscopic surgery.  He also  had extensive training in bariatric surgery in Seattle, France, Belgium, and Victoria.  He brings expertise in gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy, and gastric bypass to the Richmond Bariatric Surgery program.

    I had my bariatric surgery in February 2017. Totally professional. Well organized. Good people skills. Anyone who has the opportunity to interact with Dr. Sampath will say the same.
