Mark Choh Bariatric Surgeon MD

After spending time in the New England area for high school at Phillips Exeter and college and medical school, Dr. Choh returned to the Chicagoland area and completed his residency at Rush University Medical Center in 2008. He went on to perform additional specialty training in minimally invasive general surgery, including advanced laparoscopic surgery, bariatrics, and robotic surgery at the University of Illinois-Chicago before joining Suburban Surgical Associates. As a member of the Suburban Metabolic Institute, Dr. Choh is committed to the multidisciplinary approach involved in the surgical treatment of obesity. His clinical interests also include hepatobiliary surgery, esophageal and gastric disorders, and abdominal wall disorders.
