Russ Birdwell Bariatric Surgeon MD

Dr. Russ Birdwell was raised in Garland, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and Texas Christian University for his college education. He is a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Medicine and complete his surgical residency at Texas Tech. Dr. Birdwell entered private practice in 2001 with North Dallas Surgical Specialists. He performs a wide spectrum of general surgery operations and has a special interest in robotic surgery and bariatric surgery.
