About Me
Erica received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis in Dietetics at Western Illinois University. She then completed a 10 month accredited dietetic internship at Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis, where she also received eight hours towards her Master’s of Science degree. It was there she had her first bariatric clinical experience, and knew it was her passion. After two years of providing care to bariatric patients she now enjoys being the support system for her patients and sharing their life successes.
