Debra Tindle Dietitian / Nutritionist RD

Debra L. Tindle, Registered Dietitian (RD), who is referred to as “Debbie Diet” by most of her peers, has over 20 years of professional experiences in dietetics and food administration with an emphasis on multifactorial approaches to weight management and wellness education. Publications include the Spirit of Excellence and Future Dimensions, both of national distribution that document Debra’s facilitation of the full liquid diet deletion at Garden Grove Hospital. Debra has also received a certificate of special congressional recognition for community activities through the 2004 Healthy Family Services. And recently, Debra has been added as a guest on the internet-based radio talk show “On The Air With Denise Marie,” www.KTSTfm.com to discuss topics on chocolate, weight management strategies, and healthy eating. She is an active team member of and resource for the Center For Surgical Weight Control and helps to provide nutritional assessments and monthly group education classes. Debra has been the Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM) at Garden Grove Hospital for the past 8 years, and has recently accepted a System Clinical Nutrition Manager position with Morrison Management Specialists.
