Kim will take time to answer all my questions even now that I am 20 months out. She is so great at her job - and she really cares!

Kim was exceptional at explaining and making sure that I knew what I needed to know and she also made sure that if I had any questions to answer them and explain them so there would be no doubt in my mind about something.
