    Ruthanne has such a sweet personality. When you come short of meeting your goals, she doesn't brow-beat you. She motivates you to do better the next month and not beat yourself up.

    You couldn't ask for a more compassionate person. She is a cheerleader and has the patient's success as her #1 priority.
