Kathryn Sheller Exercise Physiologist

Kathryn is here to help create a personalized exercise and fitness plan to help you prepare for surgery, and enjoy a more active, healthier life after. She graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and completed two internships. One was at Hershey Medical Center in the cardiac rehabilitation unit while the other was at Geisinger Medical Center in their cardiac stress testing unit. Kathryn has also presented research on physical activity and video games at a national conference. She enjoys working in the clinical setting and helping people adopt and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
