This hospital is like a 5 star hotel! Its beautiful and every room is private. All the employees were so nice my family began to think they all took happy pills before work! Best hospital experience I've ever had!

CANT SAY ENOUGHT. SUPER STAY AND EVERYONE (ALL THOUGHT OVERWORKED) WAS VERY NICE. THEY ALLOWED THE WIFE TO STAY THE SECOND AND 3 EVENING. THAT HELPED ALOT AS I DIDNT HAVE TO COUNT ON NURSING STAFF FOR THE LITTLE THINGS ( MADE THE SATY MUCH NICER)

There was a minor problem with some of the room furniture not working... The bed controls, which were unplugged, and the nurse thought the plug was faulty and I had to wait until next day to get fixed.. Turned out nothing wrong with plug.. Staff spoke with me (patient relations) and were very sorry for the incovenience and checked into why everything happened the way it did. They stated they run a tight ship and this was very unusual and I think it probably was. Rooms were very nice..

the hospital staff was great/ no problems at all except the air was broken in my room and i froze my 2 nights there

This was my first major surgery and the staff made me a comfortable as they could and helped me to get thru this.

I haven't had my surgery yet, but I did have to go have a Sleep study there.. I am in love with this hospital.. Its absolutley wonderful, comfortable and well kept and the rooms are like hotel suites.. Looking forward to my stay there in Jan.

They had me in ICU the first night so that way I could get one on one care...and they even let my Dad come visit after hours because he drove an hour and a haf to get there.

The nurses did not always come to help me promptly when I asked them to. They seem to be overworked with too much of a load of patients to care for.
