Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tara Arhakos and I am a licensed professional counselor in the North Brunswick, NJ area. I provide individual counseling to adults and adolescents. Part of my practice is dedicated to working with individuals that suffer from disordered eating habits, such as emotional eating. I also have experience with general mental health including; depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, issues of aging, women's issues, process and other addictions, and coping with change. Counseling is an experience only you can decide to take part in.
