    Vivian Rogers, DNP, NP-C, CBN, a resident of Tupelo, is a nurse practitioner who serves as Bariatric Program Director. She graduated from West Point High School in 1987. She joined the NMMC staff in 1997 as a certified nursing assistant with Home Health, and later worked as an admission clerk. In 1999 she completed training as a surgery technician and worked in that role until 2002 when she earned an associate’s degree in nursing from Itawamba Community College. She started her nursing career as a circulating nurse in surgery at NMMC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2008 from the University of North Alabama at Florence, and her master’s degree in nursing with honors from South University in Savannah, Ga. In 2014 she completed the doctoral program in nursing at the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
