Description:
We have regular group walks on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 5:45-6:45 (meet in our office) . These walks are followed by our support group.
If nice weather, we walk around the park and neighborhood. In bad weather, we walk in the hospital in the sky bridge.
