Premier Protein® Salted Caramel Truffle Mousse

With Avocado
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 3, Serving Size: 4 oz
Ingredients:
- 10 oz frozen diced avocado
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Sweetener of choice to taste
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (add gradually to reach the desired consistency)
- 2 scoops Premier Protein® Salted Caramel Truffle flavored Protein Powder
Directions:
- Add frozen avocado chunks to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add vanilla, cocoa powder, sweetener, salt, Premier Protein® Salted Caramel Truffle Protein Powder, vanilla, cocoa powder, sea salt, sweetener, almond milk, and Premier Protein® Salted Caramel Truffle Protein Powder. Begin blending and then slowly add more almond milk as needed until a thick, creamy mousse texture is achieved.
- Blend until fully smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Divide evenly and enjoy immediately; no chill time required!

With Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:
- 12 oz Cottage Cheese 4% fat
- 2 scoops Premier Protein® Salted Caramel Truffle flavored Protein Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: Sweetener of choice (powdered or liquid monk fruit recommended)
- Optional: Cocoa powder
Directions:
- Add the cottage cheese, Premier Protein® Salted Caramel Truffle Protein Powder, and vanilla to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If desired, add cocoa powder and sweetener, then blend again until fully incorporated.
- Divide evenly and enjoy immediately, or chill for a firmer texture!

Winter Mint Chocolate Mini Pudding Cups
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
- 1 (1.5 oz.) instant sugar-free pudding mix (chocolate)
- 16-oz. Premier Protein® Winter Mint Chocolate-flavored protein shake
- 4 oz. of sugar-free whipped topping
Directions
- Make the pudding according to package directions, swapping out milk for Premier Protein® Winter Mint Chocolate-flavored protein shake.
- Mix well using a hand mixer until no lumps remain.
- Pour the pudding into the cups and top with the whipped topping. For a minty green presentation, you can add a drop of food color.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
- Optional: For a fun finishing touch, garnish with a fresh mint leaf and shaved sugar-free chocolate.

Layered Caramel Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding
Makes approximately five, 4.4oz servings

Ingredients
- 1 Premier Protein® 11oz. Vanilla Shake
- 1 Premier Protein® 11oz. Chocolate Shake
- 6 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 TSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Optional)
Directions
- For the Caramel Pudding base, pour one 11oz Premier Protein® Caramel shake into a small bowl (bowls with lids work great), add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds and whisk together (or top with your lid and shake until thoroughly mixed).
- For the Chocolate Pudding base, pour one 11oz Premier Protein® Chocolate shake into a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Optional, for a more intense chocolate taste, add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder then whisk together (or top with your lid and shake until thoroughly mixed).
- Cover both of your pudding mixes and refrigerate 18 to 20 hours, stir occasionally (if you are making it thicker by adding more chia, you can lessen the refrigerator time).
- Your serving size may vary depending on the dessert glasses you use. For a 4 ounce serving, add 2 tablespoons of the chocolate pudding to your dessert glass and then add a layer of 2 tablespoons of Caramel pudding. Garnish with your favorite toppings!

Vanilla Berry Chia Seed Parfait
Makes One Serving

Ingredients
- ½ cup of Premier Protein® Vanilla Ready to Drink Shake
- ½ cup of Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
- 1 cup of Frozen or Fresh Strawberries and Raspberries (or ½ cup of each)
- 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Tbs. of Chia Seeds
Optional topping ideas: You could use coconut, walnuts, or any other toppings of your choice on top of the parfait. Keep in mind that the toppings are not factored into the macros below.
Directions
- Place all ingredients, except the Chia Seeds into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an airtight container and add the Chia Seeds and stir.
- Place the container in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Salad
Makes Eight Servings

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 oz) package sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding, unprepared
- 1 (11.5 oz) Premier Protein® Vanilla Shake
- 12 oz raspberries
- 8 oz blueberries
Directions
- In a medium bowl using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth. It may bind up in the beaters, but continue as is and it will loosen up. Add the dry pudding mix. Mix until well combined.
- Slowly add the Premier Protein® Vanilla Shake to the cream cheese mixture and mix well on low. (There should be very few clumps of cream cheese in the mixture.) Refrigerate while you prepare the fruit.
- Wash and prepare fruit.
- Once fruit is washed/prepared, pour the refrigerated mixture over the fruit and stir to combine.
- Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 box of sugar free fat free cheesecake instant pudding mix, 10 oz
- 1 Premier Protein® 11oz. Bananas and Cream Shake
- 1/4 c of sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 c of slivered blanched almonds
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar free fat free cheesecake instant pudding mix with the Premier Protein® Bananas & Cream Shake. Whisk for two minutes until the mixture has thickened.
- Place four tablespoons of pudding into your serving glass, layer a few strawberry slices on top of the pudding. Then add the remaining four tablespoons of Banana Cheesecake pudding and top with slivered almonds!
