How to copy and paste old journal entries to new profile

We are going to move a journal entry from an old profile to a new profile as part of this tutorial.

Hold down the left-side of your mouse on the text you wish to copy and drag your mouse across the text to highlight it, like the example below.

"Right-Click" ON the highlighted text, this will bring up a menu that will appear to the right. Follow down to "Copy" and "Left Click". You won't see anything happen other than the menu disappearing but this will put it on your clipboard.

Now, you will take the same steps required to create a new blog post. You can create a new blog post from two areas. The first area is My OH. Click "My OH" found at the top of any page on ObesityHelp, then select "Blog"" and "Write".

The second place you can access your blog is from your new profile. Simply click "Add post" to create a new blog post.

Next follow the steps listed below to create a new blog post.

1. Create a title for the post.

2. Paste the text copied from your old profile to the body of the new blog post. You can do this by performing a "Right Click" and select paste. You can also paste the copied text by holding down and "CTRL" and "V".

3. Select the publish date as you would like it to appear on your blog.

4. Click "Save" to publish the post.

Repeat this process for each journal entry on your old profile.
