LapBand 5/5/08 (2 week fast???)

Everyone Congrats to you all! I'm having my surgery in 4 days and I want to know was it easy for all of you to fast for the 2 weeks. I haven't fasted all of those days. I feel like if that was possible I wouldn't need the surgery... Could you tell me how you did?? Thanks...

My liquid diet was tough (and I'm still on it for two weeks AFTER surgery as well), but you have to keep the goal in sight. Of course, by day 8 I simply had to have a PB&J sandwich. The key is finding a variety of liquids that keep you satisfied... and I'm still working on it Good luck! Laura
