Hi,

I was sleeved on 4/23 and posted this morning......

************************************************************************

Hello,

Seems like this phase is one of the most difficult , I am 12 days in and on the stage 2 diet where my diet consists of protein shakes, yogurt, Jello, broth, cream of whatever soup, and sugar free popsicles. I am not scheduled to advance to the puree stage until the 12th of May. I only have walked around the house and look forward to when I can get on a treadmill and walk more. Are there any other foods that I might add to this list that I am not aware of? I don't like the taste of Cream of Rice or Wheat. I am taking in plenty of fluids so I am doing ok on that. I am currently down 21 pounds since surgery.

Also , does anyone know when the surgical tabs come off the incision sites?

As always thanks everyone for your responses and comments

Thanks,

Joe
