surgery date finally set

After 2 years of trying to get this surgery I finally have a surgery date for August 11th 2005. After my insurance denied me, It took my husband and me this long to decide how we would self pay. Ended up refinacing and taking equity out of our home. It will be worth it, Right? I have support from some of my family, but some are in my face telling me I should not do it. But I know this is right for me. Congrats on all of your surgery dates and good luck everyone.
