I've been on the pre-op 14 day liquid  protien diet for five days now.. only nine more to go before I begin a new life.

Hi there, I too am having my surgery on the 21st and am on the liquid diet. I am finding it hard how about you? Good luck.

GOOD LUCK!-does everyone require the 2 week liquid preop?  waiting on my approval.

The pre op die seems to vary from surgeon to surgeon. Mine wants two weeks. I have seen some posts here from WLS candidates who say their surgeon only requires three days of the diet. Good Luck
