Approved!

Well I met with Dr. Birch today, He was very nice and went over all the options with me and gave lots of great information and answered all my questions.

One of the last things he said to me was are you ready to make a desision.  With almost no hesitation I said yes and selected the Sleeve. 
When we were done I filled out the paperwork, signed everything and booked the pre surgery appointments.

So now the only thing to do is wait for booking to call and set up a date.

I am still amazed at how quickly it has gone. 

Fantastic news! Will you have to do the liquid diet?

After speaking to Dr Birch there is no special diet required so there is a chance I could get in on a cancelation. 

I am not sure I want to go in before my vacation in July.
