Well after a year in the clinic I have my date.
I will be Sleeved on Nov 9/2012. I al so looking forward to this as I have been working for this a long time and I cant wait to be a looser!

congrats on You having your date i actually enjoy reading the advice you give people your always so positive i love it , i know you will do fine im happy for you but i was wondering i heard they only did surgery on tuesdays in edmonton your date is not on a tuesday that was kinda of a shock hopefully good news for others who wait , i get my referal done on the 6th of nov ,,, hope to be able to follow your losing posts the time will come fast for you take care of yourself

The date on Friday is a rare occurance. It is what they call a backup date.
The OR is booked for surgery, but I can be bumped if an emergency comes in.
If so I would be moved to the Tuesday following.
I think it is their way of trying to get more people in.

i just called and i'm #6 so i've moved up one spot (the one you got called for lol)
she said she hopes to have me in before Christmas, no guarentees but she should be able to she said....and to call her if i havent heard from her by next friday (although i've heard that before lol)
