YOU GO GIRL!!!!! Keep on them. THey are hoping you WILL just go away and remain unhappily unhealthy for the rest of your life. DON'T let them beat you. Keep your faith and keep going. Sorry to hear you are having problems with your insurance. Hang in there and keep up with them. You are the one that has the most interest at stake. I'm having to deal with my ins co. right now but at least I have found one person to deal with directly and she and I speak or e-mail at least 2 times a week. Best wishes, Denise
