Need advice on LA Care insurance

Does anyone have LA care or health net and will or gotten bariatric surgery? I want to know the process and if there is adoctor 

Hello I have L A care also were you able to find out if they cover it or have you found a doctor?

they do but you have to do a six month thing with it put insurance but that's all I know I don't know if that's completely true.
