To MD/VA/DE DSers and anyone who wishes to join us!!!!

Ok ladies, my house in NC is slowly looking like a house again and not a construction experiment and the work is progressing. Today the entire house is covered with wrap and at the moment my house is protected and looking like a huge condom. Be that as it may, I think I have a date for a lunch at Rips in Bowie for all of us to catch up!!!!!

How is February 21st??????? Perhaps 1130ish. Joteddy and I had lunch there and it was nice.  I know the first weekend is superbowl and the following I am on a scheduled trip to Florida so I am hoping this date works well with many of you.

Give some thoughts! :)

haha, I JUST posted to another MD pre-op that we would be getting together in MD in Feb. and to be on the lookout for a post with details. PERFECT timing!

The 21st works for me.

I'm guessing we won't be enjoying the company of Laurie or Ann, as they will both be freshly post-op!!

I'm in! Rips is so close to my house I would have to do whatever necessary to make it if only for the short drive.

I'm thinking that I'm going to miss it--you never know, but I doubt it!  I dunno--16 days post-surgery?  Maybe?  Maybe March!

Glad the house is coming along well--hopefully it'll be done before the weather starts turning nice!

HIJACK:  Anyone want to meet up Sunday, January 25th or Tuesday, January 26th--7ish somewhere in NOVA--to talk me off the ledge I am carefully walking on? Oh, and to discuss vitamins and keep my head on straight about all things DS???

I'm in (even if I am just a pre-op--I can at least learn from your freak out, right? ). I can do the 26th (which is a Monday, not a Tuesday). I will be in Va Beach on the 25th for my niece's 2nd birthday.

Hm..since I have a HUGE event that Friday, you'd think I'd know the days of that week--anyways--how about Tuesday, the 27th or Wednesday the 28th??

Laurie, I might be able to make either date.  Keep me posted.
