BMI and revision approval

I won't bore you with the details of my lapband troubles since I know they have been recited so many times by others who have had complications, however I am about to begin the process to try for revision. My two options as I see it are DS or Sleeve. I would prefer DS but I am reading all over the place its for people with higher starting BMI's. Initially my highest BMI was 42 however because I did lose weight with my lapband (and am gaining as we speak) my current BMI is 32.6. Does it seem unlikely I will be approved for a DS because of my BMI? I understand revision is a different world in terms of getting approvals however I don't want to even try for DS if its pretty much an impossibility they will approve it.
