none

Made the trip to see Dad today. He fell in the bathroom this morning, so getting around was a little bit much. Wish I lived closer.

protein decaf coffee

1/2 bacon & mayo sandwich on 1 slice of pumpernickel toast

insides of a French dip sandwich (basically roast beef)

small piece of coffee cake

Cheese stick

Vanilla protein smoothie 

hubs made pizzas on the grill - I ate the toppings: pepperoni, cheese, sauce, roasted peppers, mushrooms 

greek yogurt
