L - chef salad and protein shake (30g)
S - buttered popcorn
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15-min walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer to work all day

Pulled my back out while lifting a 2 gallon watering can, & trying to keep the cat from running out of the door.   Ouch.
