S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken tenders w/ranch & celery
S - Greek yogurt or CarbSmart ice cream

Leftover roast beef on 1 slice of rye w/ mayo
Chips
Mini carrots
Pickle
Applesauce- unsweetened
Small slice of cheesecake
Sloppy joes
Cauliflower
Spoonful of mashed potatoes
Greek yogurt
Decaf protein iced coffee
Mini ice cream sandwich
Vites: all in
Fluids: 80 oz.
