iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
stairs and leaning push-ups

How many years do you think we've been eating Greek yogurt w/ blueberries & turkey bacon for breakfast ? Baffles my mind.

Handful Bugles
1 Oreo cookie
Overly cheesed scrambled ggs w/ loads of ham mixed in
Mini croissant appropriately buttered
Few hash browns
Protein decaf iced coffee
Vites: bedtime batch pending. All else in

Hmm...Greek yogurt? I've probably been eating it for 8 1/2 years now. My 10 year surgiversary is this August.
