How many carbs are in your spaghetti- it use to be my favorite go to food. I'm still experimenting with Tofu Shirataki noodles......

It's carby unfortunately. The noodles are made from brown rice.

A friend of mine finally got the knack of using shirataki noodles. She said the secret is in the rinsing.
