BCBS of Florida and WLS

Has anyone had any luck with BCBS of Florida covering (or partially covering) a TT?

I have Capital Health Plan which refers to the BCBSFL guidelines regarding plastic surgery.  They specifically exclude the TT..no allowances for medical necessity.  They do cover the panni removal if it is medically necessary.  

I haven't done my plastic consult yet, but I'm going to ask my surgeon's office about covering the difference and seeing if they have had experience with that.
