So far all's well.  Once upon a time the following menu would have been all she wrote for the day.  However this old girl is not in bandland right now so it won't work.  It really was not enough then because I would find myself eating sliders.  Today while I allow my body to rest up a bit, I will consume more but try to get better balance and control. 
No cardio today but I do plan to continue with my fall cleaning.  Here's what I have on the menu so far.
