Ok we have survived another week.  No weight loss? Well all I can say is critique what you have done this week.  Streamline your choices.  Think u have done it all?  Did do it again and pay strick attention to what you put in your mouth.  Sometimes I have to stop and tell myself  "quit lying".  It's true I have in the past not ate enough to allow weight loss.  But that is definitely in the past. Hopefully I am on the road to recovery and weight loss again.  Here's what I ate today:
