 Ok....
so if the scale is right today...I an 176lbs...I got on it like 7 times...moved it around the room....low and behold...it still said 176lbs!!!
I can not believe it!!
Some of my other accomplishments is my fitness...I work out 3-5 days a week...spinning, biking running...TRX weight training...I have muscles in my shoulders arms...abs....(although I knew under all that insulation I was buff)   =)

I feel like a new woman....I am not the person I was in my heart....
Keep up the good work to all who are just starting their journey...It is also my one year surgiversary!!!
if you do the good work...it happens!!
WOOOOOOO>>>>WHOOOOOO
Thanks for all the support and guidance through this process!!!
