Sounds like you have a bug to me.  I've never heard of anyone getting sick on it.

I would have gotten sick on it, but I have a soy allergy. So I tried a different shake...still allergic! Not sure I would have puked my guts out though, I just felt body sick, queasy, and dizzy, I also got hives...so we switched quickly! No  more issues after day 4-5. Minus the whole missing chewing thing...lol

I would get in contact with my doctor, while sipping on water, crystal light, mio, etc. You don't want to get dehydrated, cuz that'll make you feel like crap too.

Hope you are feeling much better soon!! GOOD LUCK!

I never did the Optifast, I was on the Meditrim (slimtime). A few days into the diet I was sick to my stomach. I had diarrhea and stomach cramps. I thought maybe a bug but I really think my body went through withdrawal from not eating what it was used to. After a few days I felt much better and the rest of the days were much easier.
