Trying to install a ticker

This is a test I am trying to get my ticker to work for some reason my profile was deleted off of OH; so here goes.

I think I want to go lower than that, but that is what my Dr wants. I see her at the end of June so I figure I should make the goal by then and maybe we can talk about lowering it. She is under the impression that if I have plastics that will take another 25 or more lbs off. I don't think it is that much. I myself would like to go down to 165 and then have plastics. I think my body will stop when it is ready.
