Saturday Exercise

I'm headed to the Y to walk a couple of miles. What are you doing today? Brenda

Hi Brenda, I'm walking the mall, and stores today. Tonight if I have energy left, I will walk my 2 miles again . I feel so good when I walk!!!! God bless you, Annette

Since it is freezing rain in my area, I don't want to chance walking outside and falling. Then there is the issue of needing gas in the car to get to some where I can walk. So I guess it will just have to be several trips up & down the stairs for me.
