good morning sunshines!
i didn't see this thread yet.. but i don't function very well in the mornings, so i apologize if i missed it! hehe
i'm off to work in about 20 minutes. after work, i'm doing my 45 minute treadmill intervals that i've grown to love. then, my little sister's birthday dinner.

B - protein powder & skim milk, 1 tsp. peanut butter

S - cheese string or turkey pepperoni

L - 1/2 cup bacon and egg salad (i made last night, from eggface's blog) 3-4 triscuits

S - cheese string or turkey pepperoni.. whichever i don't eat this morning for snack

D - not sure.. i won't be able to eat what my sister picked for her bday dinner.. i'll see what i feel like having.

Just a regular day today - work - a little exercise - and some relaxation. Have fun at your sisters bday dinner...

l - shrimp ****tail

d - meatloaf
squash

s - 2 fudgesicles

All water and vits plus lots of coffee and tea

Good morning.  Have fun at your sister's bday party.  You're menus look good!

Not much on the agenda today, will get my walking in though.

L - salad with drsg

Sn - atkins protein bar

Su - pastaless lasagna sauce

S - turkey pepperette, cheese, olives

Water and vits in and also coffee.....never used to be a coffee drinker then tried it a few months ago to try to get warm.....NOW i LOVE my coffee ;)

 its so nice out- hopefully its a bit warmer- less wind

have to shampoo the carpets today, wanna go for a run, and dins at the 'rents tonight.

breakfast: yogurt with protein powder

snack: not sure.... cheese? or an orange?

lunch: left over chili

snack: fibre one bar

dinner: roast

snack: sf fudgicle

Morning all,

Work today, grocery shopping tonight - I have a craving for mexican, fajiltas are forthcoming.

B - coffee with milk x2
S - 1.5 oz old cheddar, 2 crackers, a few almonds
L - mixed greens with other veggies and peppered goats cheese (YUM!)
S - a little more salad
D - chicken fajitas (chicken breast, red and green peppers, onions, tomatoes), 1 small flour tortilla, a sprinkle of cheddar and a tsp or 2 of sour cream. Hot sauce implied.
S - chai fog

don't usually post on this one.
But it seems i've been eating the same salad for 3 days.

Oooh gosh, I have been eating the same salad for days.

made a big one on Sunday with the bbq steak and potatoes we had and I didn't want it go to waste.
Has cauliflower, chicken, eggs, cheese, romain lettuce, carrots, bacon, green peppers, tomatoes and celery oh and green onions. It's just so yummy. I've been eating it for lunch and dinner all week.

So todays the last of it.

B - protein shake
S - salad
L - salad
S -salad
D- Chicken,,,, yippe something new. and exciting.
S- turkey kolbassa, a slice of cheese and bb pickle.

I think i'm good for salad now for awhile.

Afternoon everyone

Old Navy has all their already clearance proced items on sale an additional 30%.  Went and stocked up my daughters clothes.

12:45 - 1c cottage cheese, 1/2c yogurt, few slices cantaloupe and some fibre one cereal
1/2c yogurt
1/2 protein shake
6:00 - 3 spoons brown beans, some fried mushrooms, 1/2c cottage cheese

not sure what else the day will bring

25 min treadmill
