what a difference six months can make

I started at about the same - 195lbs, my 6 month is Sunday and I've lost almost the same amount!! - 110
I share many of the same life changes - my fav is the no more cpap - I hated that thing!

Only difference is I can keep up with my son!  He's 8.  :)
