I am early out and still have a tonne of learning as I figure out my new relationship with food. I love the changes already and look forward to more and more wows and NSV.

Just a few so far:
* down 3/4 of my BP meds (see Doc on Thursday to discuss last one!)
* back and knee pains are greatly diminished
* pants are falling off me
* that lawnchair that likes to stick to my arse stayed on the ground when I got up
* my shoes are loose?? who knew
* double chins do recede ... even if they leave a turkey neck
* I can jog for very brief sprints while out for a walk with the youngsters
* people really are noticing
* it is exciting to think about what shall I wear today!

My weight was dropping very quickly (a pound or more a day) and has started to slow to about 1/2 lb a day but I am ok with this. I am confidant that I am eating right, following the plan and my tool works. I am luvin my RNY!!

How exciting. Just think how awesome you're going to look sitting freely in that lawnchair with your legs cross, swinging your foot which is encased in a very sexy pair of smaller-sized sandals!!

Hope to be having my surgery this summer, and I found myself walking through a store and wondering what this pretty top would look like on me! Can't wait to be where you are.
