Intern apt

I had my internist appointment yesterday (St Joe's Hamilton) all went well. My vit D was low so needed to get a Rx for 1 pill a week of 50000 ui for 14 weeks along with the other vits needed cal pre natal. He also told me that my thyroid was slightly elevated 5 normal 10 high I was a 7 so he told me to fallow up with my family doc (it will not affect me to get a surgery date) He would like me to go see a specialist so it won't affect my weight loss. Was sent to do a breathing test to make sure my asthma was no longer a bother (I used to smoke so it was bad then) but been smoke free for 2 years now. So now just waitting for "the call" to see the surgeon

That's great news.  Funny I got the same RX but only for 12 weeks.  Things are moving along well.
