Sure!  Mix it into cottage cheese, ff vanilla or plain yogurt, or Greek yogurt.

I eat it on cracker.  I use mini Bretton crackers, or melba rounds.  Then I put a small scoop of either ricotta or goats cheese.  The I add a small dollop of SF jam.  yummmmm.
