Cognitive behaviour book?!?
I had my meeting with the social worker at St Joe's in Hamilton. she recommended a book that they base their emotional eating classes on. I am an avid reader and want to consume as much info as possible pre surgery. problem is I can't remember the name of the book. Only it was written by the st Joes bariatric team and is available in their pharmacy. does anyone happen to know the name and/or authors?
