Ok, with help of a post I figured out how to shrink a pic enough to make it my avatar. I uploaded the new avatar in the "manage avatar" part of my profile. But it still hasn't changed it. What am I missing?

The hot dog running for the bun was funny for a while but I've had enough, lol!
