FINALLY got an appointment booked with Dr. Hong to discuss DS!

I spoke to Dr Hong before my vsg surgery and he was very positive about DS and said it was definately a surgery he does and that St Joes is one of the few places you can have it done. He suggested to me that if i wasn't satisfied with my vsg that he would do the ds for me as the vsg is the first step in the ds anyway

1st referal sent April 15, 2010 ( it was lost)                Internist August 11, 2011

That is exactly why I wanted to see Dr. Hong so badly, he is the only surgeon I've heard of in Ontario who is DS-positive. I'm very hopeful and I'm coming with a lot of research that it is definitely the best procedure for me, even though I don't fit the current guidelines. Thanks!
