1mth post op

I just had my one month post op appt at St Joes in Hamilton and i am down 22lbs. That makes my total lost 69lbs and i can so feel the difference. I wasn't sure how i would do given that i had prepared myself for rny but ended up with vsg. Completely happy with my surgery so far...
