Lindsay,

Congratulations on getting a physical activity schedule in place AND getting to the fun part...actually getting it done! I work as the Certified Kinesiologist out of the Bariatric Care Centre in Thunder Bay, ON. If you ever have any physical activity related questions that you require answers to, I have signed myself up to this website to offer insight and assistance to those that require it. Therefore, message me if this is the case...I would be more than happy to try and help. In the interim, best of luck with your program and listen to your body! It will tell you more than any exercise guru in the world can. Good for You!!! Take Care!!!   Jay
