Hi everyone: I've been reading all your wonderful blogs for a couple of months now and have finally gotten around to figuring out how to join you. I had VSG surgery on December 1, 2011 with Dr. Pereira-Hong in Guelph. To date I have lost 41 lbs which I'm very happy about. Your support and great answers to everyone's questions have really helped me on my journey so far. Looking forward to many more successful weeks of weight loss and a healthy, new me. Look forward to keeping in touch with all of you.

From one newbie to another - welcome to the boards, My surgery is this coming friday-3 days but who is counting :). The boards are great full of excellent common sense information and tons of support.
