What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Nobody else seems to have started the thread, so here goes:
Uneventful day today - two training sessions at work, but otherwise, humdrum.
B - bowl of Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - 1% cottage cheese w fesh blueberries
L - turkey pepperette, 2 crackers
S - 21 g cheddar, 1 pear, mint tea
D - homemade spaghetti bolognese
1 litre water
Calcium in, D3 in, B12 in - multivitamins still to come

Lazy morning here today. Just got called in for work tho, day 7 in a row. No rest for the wicked until tomorrow and Thursday.
B- toast w/ PB and a banana
L- Campbell's rustic spiced lentil & veg soup
drive to work- protein shake
D- cheese and crackers
snacks- grapes, greek yoguart w/bran, "5 almond mix" (8g fibre in this packet)
all liquids and vitamins in

BELOW GOAL Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!! Life is GREAT!!! Had my plastic surgery!
Woke up with another migraine today. Not sure what the heck is going on with these dang things. Going to see my doc next week for some meds.
Other than that..work...10-6.

L: 2oz Pot Roast w/Veggies [1/2c]
D: 2oz Turkey w/ Mashed Potatoes [1/2c]
S: 100g Greek Yogurt and I brought some meatloaf to up my protein today. If needed, a Quest Bar

Struggling like crazy to find the motivation to get my assignments done. I think it's because I was so sick and got out of the groove of things. 5 weeks left, with 5 papers, a major research report, and 2 presentations to complete. Send me some motivation vibes please!!

S - milky decaf tea x 2, protein shake
L - ham, LF havarti, 2 ww crackers
S - 2 turkey pepperettes, grapes
D - probably fish and salad or other veggie
S - maybe a bit of carb (craving salt and vinegar crispy minis)

First chance to even LOOK at OH today. Been down with the flu (UGH!!) since Friday night, so have been holding down the couch for days, first day back to work today - too much to do!
@ Leanne - got your message about possibly being able to make it to brunch on the 10th - would love to see you!! Hope it works out. :)
