Explain Carbs - Fiber pls?
That's what I do. I take carbs and minus fiber and any sugar alcohols because these dont get digested. It's a throw back to my old Atkins days.
Eg. My Quest Bars have 24g carbs, 19g. fiber so it's 5g. net carbs. I only count the 5g.
ETA: I dont know if we SHOULD be doing this or if it changes because of our RNY. I was never told anything different by the dieticians.

I used the formula :40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fats. I tracked my foods on fitday.com
number-wise, my counts were 100-120g protein, up to 50g carbs and I actually don't remember the count for fat off the top of my head. It really depended on what I ate in a day.
Now that I am almost 18months out, I eat almost anything, within reason.
